Store Leader Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Store Leader is responsible to oversee day-to-day operations of a Hillberg & Berk store and ensure that we are continually delivering an experience that surprises and delights our client at our West Edmonton Mall location!

Key Responsibilities

Salary Range: $50,037 to $75,056

The broadband pay range is based on the advertised position's job level. The salary provided to the incumbent will be based on their years of professional experience, level of education and applicable knowledge and skills

Education & Qualifications

Typically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of retail experience including some supervisory or management experience, or combination of experience and some post secondary education or undergraduate degree

Requires practical experience and knowledge in managing retail teams and operational processes
